Completion
This is the final part in the purchase or sale of a property. All that happens today is basically a financial transaction - the solicitors transfer funds between the buyer and seller at which point the sale has officially went through.
The seller usually has to vacate the property by lunch time on the day of completion, either leaving the keys with the estate agent or with their solicitor.
